This Policy describes how Bekind Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal data in connection with https://bekindlabs.com (the “Site”). Standalone products such as Tracker Boot are governed by their own terms.

Our guiding principle: collect only what we need.

• Contact & inquiry data: your name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, and message.

That is the only form on this Site. We do not run accounts, sign-ups, or payment flows on bekindlabs.com.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and visit times.

• Approximate location: general region derived from your IP address, where your browser allows.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond & follow up on your inquiry and any potential engagement.

• Operate & improve the Site through general usage analysis.

• Comply & protect — meet obligations under applicable data protection laws (Japan’s APPI, Korea’s PIPA, the EU GDPR, and California’s CCPA) and guard against threats.

Purpose limitation. We use your information only for the purpose you contacted us about — we do not repurpose it. Where required, our lawful basis is your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the Site, or a legal obligation.

3. AI & Tracker Boot

Our corporate Site (bekindlabs.com) does not use AI to process the information you submit through the Contact form.

About our product, Tracker Boot

Tracker Boot may use aggregated and de-identified usage data — such as activity patterns and search queries — to improve features, including AI-assisted functionality and recommendations. This relies on aggregated insights, not your individual content, and Tracker Boot does not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & Your Choices

We use only two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for the Site to function.

• Analytics cookies — where enabled, to understand usage. Never used to train AI models.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser signals as a valid opt-out of any non-essential data collection for that device.

5. Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the vetted providers needed to run the Site:

• Framer — Website hosting (USA)

• Google Analytics (where enabled) — Traffic analytics (USA)

All providers are vetted for security and privacy and reviewed regularly, and are contractually required to keep your data confidential. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights and users.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed outside Japan or Korea — such as the United States — where our providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and technical protections.

7. Data Retention

We keep what you submit only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, or as required by applicable law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your data stays yours. You can request a copy or deletion of the information you gave us at any time.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption of data in transit. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals without undue delay (within 72 hours where the GDPR applies).

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is intended for a professional, business-to-business audience and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child contacted us, let us know and we will delete it promptly.
