At the conference, Bekind Labs will introduce practical approaches to software development in the AI era and to building self-driven development organizations through a Solution Provider Session, a Luncheon Session, and an exhibition booth.

Solution Provider Session

As AI evolves rapidly, in-house software development is drawing attention — yet companies need more than the ability to build; they need the ability to identify customer value and keep improving. Based on a case in which a major manufacturer grew into a self-driven development organization of about 200 people through roughly five years of hands-on support, this session will cover how to develop teams that collaborate across roles and how to embed agile development so that in-house development leads to business outcomes.

Luncheon Session

While generative AI is making product development more efficient, the speed and volume of output do not necessarily translate into customer value or business outcomes. Drawing on the practice of the “Balanced Team,” in which product managers, product designers, and developers work together, this session will explain the importance of dialogue and learning in the development process. Through the principle of “Value in the Process,” it will consider what to entrust to AI and what people should take on, and introduce how product development should be approached in the AI era.

Exhibition Booth

At the booth, Bekind Labs will introduce its support approaches, including the “Balanced Team” and “Pair Working,” which embeds practical skills and development processes while working side by side with clients. The booth will also present specific services and client cases for product development, launching development teams, and establishing development processes.
