Bekind Labs is more than just a team that builds software.
We’re a working culture in motion — a community practicing better ways to collaborate and grow.

Over the past decade, we’ve worked with organizations across Japan and Asia, and one truth became clear: Sustainable creativity grows from kindness and trust between people.

Our new Daikanyama HQ is not just a workplace — It’s a platform for how we work, what we value, and how we build community. This Opening Series was our first invitation to step into that space together.

2. Kindness in Daikanyama — The Opening Series2

The event began in the 1F Bekind Salon, followed by a guided tour of all floors, a brand talk, and relaxed networking with good food and craft beer.

3. What People Felt

Japandi-inspired interiors, warm Akari light sculptures by Isamu Noguchi, and a brand film created by our design team playing on the big screen — all of these elements created a soft, immersive atmosphere.

“I feel like I’d genuinely be happy working here.”

This was the comment we heard the most — and it meant the most to us.

At Bekind Labs, we choose relationships over rules, safety over speed, and growth over performance. We believe true creativity grows in environments where people feel respected and supported. This event was a small but powerful reminder of that belief — made all the more real.

A space where everyday conversation and community naturally flow. In the morning, the founder brews specialty coffee as the team gathers for a stand-up. In the evening, quiet conversations return over wine — a place where the rhythm of each day gently begins and ends.

2F | The Labs

Pairing stations inspired by the legacy of Pivotal Labs, reimagined with more spacious, thoughtful layouts for immersive collaboration.

3F | The Vision

Designed for strategic alignment and focused teamwork. Meeting rooms and open zones flow together to support varied team rhythms.

4F | The Oasis

Ping pong, board games, light weights, and a shaded terrace lounge — a space to recharge both body and spirit, and reconnect with others.

5F | The Nest

A quiet hotel-grade floor for visiting guests and teammates. A space for real rest and reset.

B1 | The Dock

Parking, showers, and essential infrastructure for everyday transitions.

5. A Platform for What’s Next

We don’t see this office as a finished product, but rather as a platform to evolve together.
